How to Delete Your Account

We understand that there may be times when you'd like to close your account. This guide provides all the information you need about the account deletion process and what happens to your data.

If You Didn't Sign Up​

If you never signed up with us, your data is stored only on your device. To remove all data, simply uninstall the app from your device. If you subscribed with us, you will need to manually cancel your subscription.

If You Signed Up​

Deleting Your Account Directly from the App​

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to "Settings".
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete My Account".
  4. Confirm your choice by selecting "Yes" when prompted.

Deleting Your Account via Support Request​

If you prefer assistance, you can submit a request to our Support Team. They will guide you through the process and ensure your account is deleted promptly.

Important: Manually Cancel Your Subscription​

If you have an active subscription, you need to cancel it manually to prevent future charges.

For iPhone Users:​

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on your name at the top to access Apple ID settings.
  3. Select "Subscriptions".
  4. Find and tap on our app.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your choice.

For Android Users:​

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap on the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
  3. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
  4. Find and tap on our app.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm your decision.

What Happens to Your Data After Deletion​

  • Immediate Effects: Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data associated with the account, including any saved preferences or history.
  • Data Removal: All your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Reactivation: If you decide to return in the future, you'll need to create a new account, as the deletion process is irreversible.
