Renaming and Editing Shopping Lists and Grocery Items

To make changes to a shopping list, follow these simple steps, depending on the screen you’re on.

From the "Lists" Screen:

You can quickly access editing options by swiping on the shopping list that you wish to rename or modify. Once you swipe, tap on Edit to enter the editing mode where you can change the list’s name and details.
Alternatively, you can locate the ⋮ menu, next to the shopping list’s name. Tap on it, then select Edit from the dropdown menu that appears. This will open the editing options for that specific list, allowing you to rename or adjust other settings as needed.

From the "List View" Screen:

When viewing the items within a specific shopping list, you can access additional options by tapping the More menu (three dots icon) at the top of the screen. From here, you have the option to select Delete to remove the list entirely if you no longer need it.

These steps allow you to customize your shopping lists to stay organized and relevant to your needs.

If you need to adjust the name of a grocery item within a shopping list, there are multiple ways to access the editing mode.

Swipe on the Grocery Item: Begin by swiping on the grocery item you want to rename. After swiping, tap on Edit to bring up the option to change the name of the item. This is a quick way to access editing without navigating through additional menus.
Using the More Menu: Another method is to tap on the More menu (three dots icon) next to the grocery item. Select Edit from the dropdown options to enter the editing mode. This menu provides additional options and is handy if you prefer not to swipe.
Tap Directly on the Grocery Item’s Name: In many cases, you can simply tap directly on the grocery item’s name. Doing so will place the item in edit mode automatically, allowing you to quickly make adjustments to the name without needing to open a separate menu.
